How do I return the dress?
Simply put the dress into the prepaid returns bag and drop it off to your local post office.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning?
All cleaning is done by us. If your dress has collected sand, mud or got wet we ask you to follow the care guide.
Where do you
deliver?
We deliver across the UK using Royal Mail.
We also offer a local delivery and collection service near CM23.
